Well it seems like I lost a half inch in erect length. I measured today during edging which was the 3rd working day in a row. Maybe I need to take a few days off and measure. Any ideas?

It happens at early stages. You may lose a litlle size but it’s temporary. Keep an eye on it, to make sure that the loss of size happened cause your penis is in repair mode. If you don’t gain back your original size in a 3-4 days then, yes, you overdid it and you need rest.

Yeah sort of

Edging is an additional workout you can do when you are masturbating.

Masturbate until you feel the urge to cum, then stop before you actually hit the PNR (point of no return). If you do this for 20+ minutes it gets good blood flow through your penis and can help you last longer in bed because it works out the muscles that control ejaculation. Read up on it, if you masturbate, I would consider adding it into your routine.

Well i know that PE is not a sprint but i have been at it since 8-2-2015 and for some reason i have not gained any erect length. I believe i would be totally satisfied with having at least a 7 inch erect length but i do not see how i will get it. im up to 10 min stretching a day and 200-250 slow wet jelqs with some squeezes thrown few weeks back for some additional girth gain. My overall EQ is awesome and my flaccid remains the same as it was after a few weeks of PE.

I don’t want to discourage myself to say that this length is it for me that i can’t gain and jump to full girth work but I don’t know what else to do.

Any advice out there for a way to get that half inch gain? I dont think i could commit more then a a hour a day to hanging. Id really hate to jump to hanging if its not a good idea. If my ligs are too damn tough most likely and girth is the best route for me just let me know what ya think. I swear i measured Erect BPL a little over 6 3/4” after a month of pe but i don’t see it no more. Maybe the ligs tightened up on me?

i just want to proceed to what will be best and stay positive.

I’ve also forgot to mention something I’ve recently notice. Under the glans all around shaft about a half inch length I have what looks like new skin pinkish color and rest of shaft down to the base is usual light tan color. Any thoughts on what that is?

Stop completely for a week to 10 days max to allow deconditioning. Then start again. Best thing I can think of.

what should I start back up with?

Probably with what you are doing now minus 20% of it, the first 2 weeks. Then resume from where you left it. That’s what I would do.
