Newbie Question
Finally after research and I guess commitment I’ve starting with the newbie routine posted over at the forums.
Question I have is, say after 6 months I get improvements.
Then stop, will I lose these gains? However like going to the gym, will they be easier to achieve back?
Sorry just trying to get some answers I’m sure there posted here but I wasn’t sure what to search for.
