Newbie question

So I’ve been doing PE for almost a week now. Gotta say I love it. The wife has already said I feel much bigger but I think its because of the EQ I have now its more rock hard than it usually is. At any rate what brought me here tonight other than reading posts is I’ve been seeing people talk about decon breaks what is that and when should you do it?

I’ve been doing the newbie PE
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches) ( I’ve been doing 10-seconds stretches not the full 30 yet) and only two sets of stretches so its not the full 5 min yet
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
