Newbie question
This might sound like a dumb question, but how do you perform a forward stretch? Also, I can’t seem to do an upward stretch. I understand how to perform a downward and left and right stretches.
Side note: I have been doing the linear routine for roughly 1 month and 6 days (started at bpel 6 and 1/4, now I am at 6 and 5/8). I have noticed a larger flaccid hang, morning wood, and harder erections. However, I have not noticed an increase in my sex drive.
