Newbie Question

If I only have the ability to do the newbie routine 3-4 times per week is that enough to get results. I’ve been doing the routine that often now for about a month and a half and I have slightly increased in both girth and length already.

Just try and stay as consistent as you possible can focus on proper technic when you are ale to PE. If you follow the one day on one day off routine that’s four days a week.
