Newbie question regarding stretches

Good day, gentlemen. I have a couple of questions about manual stretching. I have been doing the Newbie Routine, 2 days on and 1 day off, for two weeks. I stretch in all four directions for 45 seconds (started at 30 and just increased).

First off, my glans is not very big and holding onto my penis throughout the duration of the stretch is challenging. I start to slip, and feel like I need to squeeze overly-tight just to hang on. Is there some better way to grip? Would wrapping the glans in stretchy gauze help?

Secondly, how hard should I stretch? I assume that stretching to the point of sharp pain would be incredibly dangerous, but should I at least feel a little discomfort?

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

I’m in the same boat. You can let a little more blood in to help. <30% erection. I also use some cotton pads if I’m at home or if not some soft toilet paper for extra grip. My glans tends to be very soft and stretchy so my fingers will just roll off. I have to use my thumb and index finger because if I do an over hand OK grip it just slides off as there is nothing to latch on to. I wouldn’t mind hearing from others as well.

I also have a relatively small glans. All I can add is that I grab my shaft about 1 inch below my glans such that when I start to pull the foreskin forms a “cushion” between my fingers and my glans. This allows me to hold the stretch a little longer before my grasp starts to slip.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I don’t know of any manual exercises; however, I have read that there are specially designed pumping cylinders for glans expansion.

There are some more advanced squeezing exercises that have been known to increase glans size. Basically you are pushing as much blood to the head as possible. I’m sure there are others also. Jelqing should help in that regard.

Slow jelq, hold at the end of the rep a few extra seconds each time. Slows you down but exercises the glans vascularity a bit more.
