Hey guys, I’m pretty new. I signed up for the site a long time ago but never really got into it, but I’m going to try it now.

My question, are there any exercises to help increase how hard or full your erections get. I’m very inconsistent, especially when having intercourse. Some times I’ve got a full hard erection, sometimes I have a semi full/flimsy one. A link would be much appreciated!

Kegels and jelqing are great in general..

You’ll most likely notice better erections almost immediately if done right.


Starting 5/22/09:

NBPEL: 5.75 in. BPEL: 6.5 in.

I started doing the exercises 2 years ago when I joined but quit and kind of forgot about it. I’ve got a pretty decent sized penis at about 7 1/4 inches long but getting it larger would never be a bad thing, especially thicker.

I have another question too if someone could point me to some info about it. Over the last 2 years I’ve noticed the head of my penis doesnt seem like it’s getting blood to it. I’ll get a pretty full erection but the tip just doesnt get hard and big like it used to. Is this a normal thing for guys or could these exercises help with that?

I would second with hexen and go with the kegel exercise. Kegels help engorge blood into the penis which aids in more firm, solid erections.
