Newbie program designed around girth
Hey guys! Wanted to say hello, as I literally just joined after years of lurking. Have dabbled in PE but this is it; I’m going to adopt a program and stick with it.
I’m well aware of the newbie routines and why they are the way they are. I also understand that, like weightlifting, there’s “newbie” gains that you want to take advantage of. I want to get the most out of that but also want most of them to be in girth. But I also hear that girth exercises are the most stressful on the tissues..
Is there some happy medium where I can focus on girth and get the most out of my early gains, without hurting myself? This is all provided that I take care of myself, i.e. proper warmup and cool down. I’ve also heard stretching can slow down girth gains? Do I go without? Do I go straight into pumping?
