Hey guys! Wanted to say hello, as I literally just joined after years of lurking. Have dabbled in PE but this is it; I’m going to adopt a program and stick with it.
I’m well aware of the newbie routines and why they are the way they are. I also understand that, like weightlifting, there’s “newbie” gains that you want to take advantage of. I want to get the most out of that but also want most of them to be in girth. But I also hear that girth exercises are the most stressful on the tissues..

Is there some happy medium where I can focus on girth and get the most out of my early gains, without hurting myself? This is all provided that I take care of myself, i.e. proper warmup and cool down. I’ve also heard stretching can slow down girth gains? Do I go without? Do I go straight into pumping?

Unfortunately there are no short cuts… you just have to follow the advised path.

The Linear or Newbie Routine (maximum) are you safest paths. They have given me great newbie gains.

There have been many who have tried to accelerate their gains and have not followed the advice of the elders. Most of them have end up with injuries.

Remember, slow and steady wins the race.

Starting Stats: BPEL 7.0¨ x MEG 5.3¨ (4th Nov 2015)

Current Stats: BPEL 7.75¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (16th Jan 2018)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

Ideally, linear first. Finish. One week break. Newbie. Finish. One week break.

Then you can go to more advanced and girth orientated exercises.

These two routines will not only condition the penis but they will give you some good newbie gains.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

At this stage, gains should be your last concern.

PE not always develops as planned, like doing girth exercises and end up gaining length … and the other way around.

After you get conditioned (6 months minimum), you will have to engage in the most difficult process: trial and error (for example: you think that “X exercise” will be the best thing ever. You do it and end up disappointed because didn’t bring results … than you move to the “Y exercise” and so on. Eventually you will find one that your penis accepts it).

The wisdom of the elders triumph here with what they have advised.

I would also add to stay tuned to your body and really listen to it. I would caution becoming measurement/girth/length obsessed and revel in the joy of patience. The gains will come in its time and after conditioning, THEN you can focus on specific goals.
