Hello, I just started PE 2 weeks ago. So far my routine is this 5 on/ 2 off
Session 1
5 min warm cloth warm-up
10 mins manual stretching (straight out downward, A-stretch, V-Stretch, Upward stretch and JAI stretches.)

Session 2
5 min Warm Cloth warm-up
10 mins wet jelq, with a Horse 440 squeeze at 3 mins and 6 mins
Usually end by jerking off

So far routine is going well, not going to measure until 1 month. Will increase the stretching and jelquing by 5 mins each every 2 weeks. Also i do Kegels during the day at work, dont really count just do them, mostly quick squeezes with a longer hold in every now and then. Any suggestions?

I think the heat warm up & warm down is important.

I use a hot water bottle, and wrap that around the penis. I also use the rubber bottle to do several of the pulls & tugs. I found the warm cloth did not stay warm long.

Be real careful with Horse 440s. They gave me a discoloration that lasted 2 years before it faded.

It doesn’t take 5 min to heat up a flaccid cock, no matter the size. 3 min. will more than do. Gives you some more time to do something productive.

Sounds a bit intense for 2 weeks into PE for me. I’ve re-started the newbie routine like 4 times, and it’s more about consistency than nuking it, despite the frustration.

Is 10 mins of stretching and 10 mins of jelquing to intense. The newbie routine is pretty much that, correct. I have PE’d before a few years ago and fell off the wagon. Right now im on week 3. Started at BPEL of 5.75 and MSEG of 4.85. My goal short term goal is to be BPEL of 6.5 and MSEG of 5.25 in a few months, newbie gains (fingers crossed) Long term goal of BPEL 7.5 MSEG 5.75

If you start two weeks ago, simple start with newbie routine is very early to start customised your routine. Newbie routine is not simple but wonderful and worthy trying

I think people are referring to the horse440s, and that you are doing a 5 on 2 off routine. Just take it easy and see what happens, no one knows what size you will be in a few months. It may be more, it may be less.

the first week i did 4 days on 3 off, second week 5 on 2 off, this week ive done two days but taking tommorow off. Goal is 4-5 workouts a week. 5 on 2 off just works because im alone all week and have plenty of time privacy for PE. I hear what your saying with the Horse 440’s im very careful and dont use that much pressure or hold that long. It just feels like it helps get extra expansion during the jelquing.
