Newbie or linear

Hey all, I was wondering if there is a general consensus as to which routine offers the better gains? (Length-wise)

Ei brother,
Try the linear one to start with, just in case because the normal routine maybe somewhat too heavy to start with.
After some weeks of training your unit you already can see if it´s a cool routine for you.
