Getting set to go.. I’ve recently became a member and have read about as much as I could on this site.
I’m going to use the newbie technique over the next 6 weeks:
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

.With the corresponding instructions to increase stretch to 10min and jelq to 30 min. Over those weeks 2 days on 1 off.
Also this will go great hand-in-hand with the fact that I’ve taken up body building again.. And plan to stay on it this time.

At first I was skeptical about this all.. I figured the best way to know is to find out for myself.
I just have a few questions:
1) How many times a day should I perform this routine.. If one for now.. Shall I increase it as I go on?
2) I plan to do this routine adjacent to my body workout, should this done before after? How long in between?
3) My LOT is low (6:30-7) I will focus more on high stretches, is this recommended? Also would this item be good?
4) Are there any dietary supplements that will aid or hinder my progress?

Thanks all.. I will post my current measurements at 12 midnight tonight.. I hope these questions could be answered since tomorrow is kick-off.

Follow the newbie routine for a minimum of 3 months before worrying about equipment or other such stuff.

Only do the full workout once a day.

If you can’t keep your hands off it, try a few low intensity stretches to start to teach ‘him’ to stop turtling.

Neither Rome nor a longer donger were built in a day.

Patience, persistence and consistency are the keys. Tie these in with a positive attitude (leave your skepticism at the door) and you’ll be well on your way to reach your targets.

Oh and try to take some happy snaps of where you began (even for yourself - sharing with Thunders entirely optional). Almost no newbies do it and almost all senior members regret that they did not.

Finally got the time to post my starting measurements:
Starting: 12-1-06

BPFL: 4.3
FG: 4.1
BPEL: 6.3
EG: 4.6

Goal: 8.5 x 6.5

I will succeed.

After a week of religious PE’ing I must say I’ve already had gains (.1 to girth .1 to length). I will try not to measure myself for another month but it’s difficult to resist. Ill keep you all posted. Oh and a question. After the 3-4 months of newbie routine.. Is it good to gun for length? Or should I continue a balanced workout. I ask because I hear gaining length if difficult with much girth, and I’m about 2 inches away from length goal. Thanks fellow comrades.
