Newbie. on your marks.
Getting set to go.. I’ve recently became a member and have read about as much as I could on this site.
I’m going to use the newbie technique over the next 6 weeks:
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
.With the corresponding instructions to increase stretch to 10min and jelq to 30 min. Over those weeks 2 days on 1 off.
Also this will go great hand-in-hand with the fact that I’ve taken up body building again.. And plan to stay on it this time.
At first I was skeptical about this all.. I figured the best way to know is to find out for myself.
I just have a few questions:
1) How many times a day should I perform this routine.. If one for now.. Shall I increase it as I go on?
2) I plan to do this routine adjacent to my body workout, should this done before after? How long in between?
3) My LOT is low (6:30-7) I will focus more on high stretches, is this recommended? Also would this item be good?
4) Are there any dietary supplements that will aid or hinder my progress?
