Hello everyone,
I have been watching these boards for a while and thought it was time for me to finally post something.
First off I would like to says thanks to all the member here for the wealth of information that is provided.

I have been doing the newbie routine since the first week of April.
My starting stats were EG: 5 BPEL: 6.75
My stats as of now is EG: 5.25 BPEL: 7.5

I want to concentrate on gaining more girth.
Do you think it is too early for me to start clamping or pumping and which one do you think is more effective?

Hej dp, considering you are 3 months into the newbie routine, you should be conditioned by now. But I would recommend doing advanced girth excercises for girth before clamping - uli’s, squezzes, and horses. These are also very intense so they can better prepare your dick for clamping. Just go slow and steady.

I agree with Chicken, do some advanced manual girth exercises before going into clamps and pumps. They should provide you with a good deal of girth and some length. IMO, manual advanced exercises are better than clamps etc in terms of safety as well. Because it is much easier to drop your dick during a jelq than releasing a clamp or pump when you feel pain.

So is pumping considered more extreme than the manual girth exercises that were mentioned?

I have seen people posting about the combination of jelqs and pumping and they seem that have been getting results from it.

Yes but that was after they completely exhausted the newbie and other gains from the newbie or other routine. Clamping w/ jelqing is for people who desire girth but they exhausted their inital gains. It is very effective from what I’ve read but is kind of used as a last result.
