Hi all. I’ve recently join thunder place after I purchased the bathmate x20. Found the site by accident but glad I did. Must add I was disappointed when I read about the steel cord in the penis. I’m a 44 year old male and I’ve always had an issue with my penis size. Currently flaccid I’m 2.75 inches 7cm and 4.7 inches 12cm erect. My girth is 4.5inch Never played sport cause I had to share a shower and not to mention ever going to the gym. Well enough of the intro. I immediately read briefly about the exercises and jump right in trying to stretch my penis to see how long I could stretch it before the cord stopped. Ouch.. What a mistake. I barely started pulling my penis and felt the sharp pain. Stretched it was actually shorter than measured erect. Well that stopped me I my tracks. I’m going to do some more reading and see where to start. I was just too eager to think that I could get a big penis. Not sure which exercise is going to lengthen that cord.. Hopefully I can find something.

I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here Forum. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Thanks dtwarren. Been away a bit so have really started with the exercises. Honestly was a bit afraid after the pain I felt the last time. But going to start slow and see maybe I can also be proud of my penis in the nude.

44 is not old - I’m turning 52 soon and by far not the oldest in here.

If you want to boost your PE career try to start a lightweight sport activity like walking, hiking, rowing, swimming or bycicle (but take a “for men” saddle - important!). Just half an hour every second day - not so hard that you can’t talk anymore while doing it. More like just a bit higher pace than what you would do if you would do it while being with the family and having a walk or a swim ir a bike ride. But not much more.

You will soon start to feel fitter and more energetic. A good pace walking is the easiest to do. And the overall better blood circulation is very beneficial for PE growth and erection quality.

It starts with getting a better dick, it ends up with becoming an overall better man :-)

Remember, ‘moderation in all things’ so take it slower and remain consistent. The trouble with many of us is that we want instant results. We look for that pill or secret exercise that gets us there immediately. I’m much older that you, and have learned from experience that most goals worth pursuing usually take time and a lot of effort. Keep focused, remain steadfast and undeterred, and your PE journey will likely be rewarding and fun.
