Newbie "O Bends"?

Newbie "O Bends"?

Just read an old thread about low erection O bends and just wanted some advice on how long I should wait before I start trying them. Really want to increase girth more than length. I am one month into PE with (so far) good PI’s and EQ doing the newbie routine. And when the time is right to start with them should they be a replacement for jelqing?

Not sure what an O bend is?

Apparently a technique thought up by “mrorange” as per a thread by him back in 2004. Clamp the base of 10% erect penis and bend (kink) the penis up, down, side, side. Supposed to be a great girth workout. Just wanted some input (maybe personal experience from veterans of PE) as to how conditioned one would need to be before attempting.

You need to wait for a good time yet TypicalGuy001,

Plus you probably don’t need them yet, O bends are for much later down the track, do the newbie routine for another few months and then maybe think about upping the level of intensity. Go slow, go steady, go injury free, this is a lifestyle choice that will bring you years of great change, one of them being the discipline of patience, haste will bring damage and embarrassment.

Thanks Behemoth. Was somewhat thinking along those lines just wanted to hear it from someone more experienced. Have been following the newbie routine pretty strict so far and definitely understand the importance of patience during this journey. Advice much appreciated!

No they aren’t a replacement for girth at all. Think to jelqs like deadlifts and o’bends like good mornings, if you are familiar with weight training.

So if I am understanding correct O bends are more of a back seat exercise to Jelqing.

Yes they are something you might add to your routine down the track when you need to boost your workout, but jelqing is the basis of the manual workout and has seen countless guys gain from it alone.

If you do too much too fast your dick will get conditioned to the work and toughen up against injury which will make it harder to gain. Once you feel that you are too used to jelqing to see any benefit, you may add O-Bends or some other exercise to push a little further for a while, then take a decon break and start over again with jelqing.

Agree with Behemoth. Save advanced exercises until you’ve stopped growing with the basics. Decon is an excellent idea as well.
