Newbie - needs some advice
Pretty informative forums and finally good to get some real advice instead of just getting pop ups claiming that you can gain 3 inches in a couple of months. I’m looking at starting the newbie routine. Just have some questions in regard to how I can do this most effectively with a lot clock of about 7pm.
When jelqing, should I jelq at higher angles? Will jelqing help at all with a lot clock so low?
And what stretches are recommended? Should I bother stretching at lower angles or just focus on higher ones? Any information would be great.
