Newbie - needs some advice

Hey guys,

Pretty informative forums and finally good to get some real advice instead of just getting pop ups claiming that you can gain 3 inches in a couple of months. I’m looking at starting the newbie routine. Just have some questions in regard to how I can do this most effectively with a lot clock of about 7pm.

When jelqing, should I jelq at higher angles? Will jelqing help at all with a lot clock so low?
And what stretches are recommended? Should I bother stretching at lower angles or just focus on higher ones? Any information would be great.

And whats the deal with sex and PE. How many hours should you wait before having sex. Or is it something you can do straight away?

I jelq at low angles, but I think that’s just a preference thing and it’s not so important. Stretching is a different thing, you need to learn your LOT and then stretch accordingly.

The whole LOT theory is just that, a theory. some guys think is is valid and some do not. Our knowledge of PE is a work in progress. We know for a fact that PE works; but, LOT is still in the unproven area.To start with just do the newbie routine as is. In other words: yes you should jelq and yes you should stretch at lower angels as well as higher. At first much of what you are doing with the newbie routine is conditioning and learning your own responses. In addition jelqing is good for circulation and all around penis health.

As far as the sex thing goes: We have mixed opinions on that but no strong evidence that you should not. Keep in mind that you may well find that it is a bad idea for you even if in works OK for most guys. you will probably find that your penis is a bit wrung through the wringer after a good PE workout and you might not get as good of an erection.

Stretch all ways and jelq the way that is most convenient for you.

Leave 2 hours in between.
