I am new to all this jelqing and stretching thing and I have some questions if you can help me with:

I’ve jelqed for 2 weeks and I’ve seen a increased length and girth size when flaccid which give me motivation to keep on, my routine is warm up ni shower for 5-10 minutes with hot enough water, stretch up,down,right,left,forward and 25 fast kegels while doing each stretch and 80-100 jelqs with baby oil (maybe a lil bit too tight grip on that) and then just continue to shower. Is this good for newbies?

And I kinda had an accident, I had intercourse with my girl 3 days earlier and kinda had a little problem to get 100% erected but I managed and as I was using condom I didn’t cum for hour and a half and she went “dry”so my unit did also and it kind of hurt when I wanted to stick it in but I took of the condom and finished without it. Since then I have had maximum 90% erections so I’m afraid if the EQ problem is influenced by jelqing, sex, or is it just in my head as I’m really anxious person. I do have morning wood but as said only 90%. So I didn’t jelq or masturbate since that sex night, kinda resting the unit. Is everything going to be alright and should I continue with routine mentioned above?

And I’m 12.5 cm in length and 12 cm in girth if that matters.

Make sure when you jelq ur putting the main focus of the pressure on the sides of the penis shaft & not the bottom or top.

If I understood correctly, I should use tighter grip when I’m in the middle of the penis while jelqing but to lower a pressure when near base and shaft?

I would advise that you replace the baby oil for something else: canola oil, olive oil, vaseline, KY, shea butter, coconut oil or butter etc. Along with this, easy up on the grip while jelqing.

No man. The pressure is applied SIDEWAYS not on top or bottom. From base to just before the head. Sideways is left and right…
And don’t go really tight….
Do jelqing for 1-2 months and you will get to know a little more on how to do things.

Don’t rush…

I would use vaseline but I don’t know how to wash it of easily when I’m done.

Honestly this is the first time I have ever read or heard about pressure being applied sideways, I thought it was just an OK sign and grip it, no matter which side or area of penis the pressure is applied. Really appreciate your advice. :)

You can maintain the ok sign if you like as long as you squeeze only the sides of the penis while jelqing.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

How often are you exercising? If you are doing it everyday, then consider doing it every other day; or 2 days on, 1 day off. See how this affects your erection quality (EQ).

Alternatively (or in addition), perhaps lowering the amount of jelqs with help. So maybe you should lower it to 60 and work your way up, for example.

Your routine seems fine. But everyone’s dick responds differently, so you just have to change it up and see what works for you.

It’s good that you’re paying attention to your EQ. Maintaining a good EQ and positive PIs (Physiological Indicators) is the best way to gain.

Well I kinda didn’t have a precise schedule, but I tried to do 5 days on and 2 days off as I’ve seen that somewhere, but I am considering to ease a bit and do 2 on and 1 off. And also do less jelqs for beginning and ease on stretches too. I’ve had rest for 4 days and my EQ is 100% today, but I did have morning woods all these days but I didn’t have strong erections or didn’t have them at all, maybe because I wasn’t aroused enough and I tried to force it.

You are gonna be fine.
