Newbie needs help
I am new to all this jelqing and stretching thing and I have some questions if you can help me with:
I’ve jelqed for 2 weeks and I’ve seen a increased length and girth size when flaccid which give me motivation to keep on, my routine is warm up ni shower for 5-10 minutes with hot enough water, stretch up,down,right,left,forward and 25 fast kegels while doing each stretch and 80-100 jelqs with baby oil (maybe a lil bit too tight grip on that) and then just continue to shower. Is this good for newbies?
And I kinda had an accident, I had intercourse with my girl 3 days earlier and kinda had a little problem to get 100% erected but I managed and as I was using condom I didn’t cum for hour and a half and she went “dry”so my unit did also and it kind of hurt when I wanted to stick it in but I took of the condom and finished without it. Since then I have had maximum 90% erections so I’m afraid if the EQ problem is influenced by jelqing, sex, or is it just in my head as I’m really anxious person. I do have morning wood but as said only 90%. So I didn’t jelq or masturbate since that sex night, kinda resting the unit. Is everything going to be alright and should I continue with routine mentioned above?
And I’m 12.5 cm in length and 12 cm in girth if that matters.
