Newbie needs help

Hello to everyone who may be reading this, as you can tell by the title I’m a newbie and I made this thread in hopes of getting information to help me with my soon to be PE exercise journey. I practically don’t know any PE exercises besides Stretches and Jelqs. I’ve never used an extender, pump, or a Phallosan Forte (can’t really afford any at the moment either). This is also my first thread/post that I’ve ever done on a forum in general so I’m looking forward to see how it’ll respond in the community :)

A little background about me: I’m 18 years old, I eat well, been working out for about 4 years (2-4 days a week), very happy and confident in myself but the size of my penis counteracts this feeling.

So to all the veterans, and or anyone really! I’ve got a few questions that need answering, and I’m also looking for your opinions on certain things (FAQ section didn’t help, maybe I’m just a potato at searching for them though).

Questions;
- After all your experience with PE exercise’s, is there anything you would add to the newbie exercise to increase its impact and conditioning to a penis.
- What exercises worked best for you, and how long have you done it for?
- Should I invest on a pump, extender and or the Phallosan Forte once my penis is conditioned enough for it?
- Do I need to stand up for PE exercise?
- Is it possible to gain 2 inches in length with just manual exercises?
- My goal is to get to 7” length in 4 years, is that a realistic goal?
- Since I’m 18, will the elasticity of my skin make it more difficult to get gains?
- Any tips and tricks that I should be aware of to help me with gains?
- I get erections very easily, can I still do PE exercises with an erection? If not how can I keep a 50%-75% erection without it going to a full erection?

That is all the questions I have for now hope to hear from any of you soon :)

-Maybe less kegels. Other than that newbie is proven to work well.
-Jelqing by far. I will never stop.
-Only when your penis is conditioned. After 6 months at least, many say. I say after a year of manuals.
-No.
-Maybe.It is too much though.
-It depends. How long are you now? If you are close to 5.5 or six, then yes and probably earlier.
-No, it will make it easier. A lot easier.
- Do not over do it. It is a common mistake.Never put pressure on the top of the penis, or on the urethra. You won’t like the results.
- NO. No PE when fully erect. You can try let the erection fade out and continuing. A tip. Every time you get a full erection squeeze the tip of the glans for a while gently. That will do. In time your brain will adjust and won’t give you full erections when on PE.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

1) first of all just start with newbie routine until the gains stop , then ask around for a new routine people will help you depending on what your actually want .
2) For starting few months just stick to basic stretching and jelqing (make sure you use a lot of heat to warm up).
3) As i said above first start and once you settle into this PE game then think about it.
4) It is possible to gain 2 inches but will take time.
5) You can do PE while sitting,standing,sleeping.
6) Your goal is pretty realistic it is achievable .
7) It doesn’t matter if you are uncircumcised or circumcised wont make difference in gains if exercises are done properly.
8)**** MAKE SURE YOUR WARM UP IS GOOD**** START SLOW DON’T PUT TOO MUCH INTENSITY WHILE STRETCHING/JELQING*****BE CONSISTENT DON’T QUIT OR SKIP PE***** MAKE SURE YOU PUT REST DAYS IN WHILE DOING PE***
9) Masturbate before doing PE. I had the same problem.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Jelqing itself is enough to get you conditioned and maybe “jump starts” some additional size, if you are lucky. Not everybody gain while doing the Newbie Routine. Let to add or change exercises after 6 months of conditioning.

Jelqing, period. Is the all around exercise, that targets: EQ, length and girth.

Not everybody benefits from devices and you will only know for sure, after experimenting. Between these options, I would go on the pump (I got none experience with extenders).
- Do I need to stand up for PE exercise?
I feel better control, “maneuverability” and accuracy PEing while standing. Sitting or laying down, the gravity won't be in your side.
- Is it possible to gain 2 inches in length with just manual exercises?
Absolutely.
- Since I’m 18, will the elasticity of my skin make it more difficult to get gains?
I believe the younger, the better to get gains. I can only wish to get back to my 18 and started PEing there.

Consistency, dedication, patience, common-sense, 2 to 3 liter of water per day, 8 hours of sleep, positive mindset

Erect penis didn't stretch, jelqing is not recommended to be executed while 100%ing. Masturbating 2 hours BEFORE your start the session could calm you down and provide better penis control.

The newbie routine is more to condition your penis for the work to come so that you won’t pick up an injury. Or worse. So just stick to that for the first few months. Take it easy. Its a marathon, not a sprint. It all takes time. Yes its possible to gain 2 inches using only manual techniques. I did, so I’m sure anybody can. Heat is very important toward that. Forget about gear for at least the first year. I’m four years in and only starting to get PE gear now. Take it easy and the results will come. If you go to hard too soon you might struggle more than you would have other wise.

Thanks for all the replies guys :) couldn’t ask for better help, and this is just the motivation I need to start. I will take my time and try my best to not injure myself.
