Okay, I’ve been reading into PE for a few years now. I have even did some excercises and taken some pills. But that didn’t last for more than a few sessions so obviously I couldn’t have made gains. I want to get back into PE’ing, but the reason I haven’t done this earlier was that I had a lack of time. I work full time plus I attend school. So I want to get back into it, but now there seems to be so many more methods, its confusing me!

My intended workout would be:

3+ hours of PM
200 PowerJelq 5x/week
Kegals 200 reps/day
Pill combo, Zinc, L-lysine, L-arginimax? (whatever that shit is called)

Would this give me decent gains? Is it worth buying the PenieMaster? I need help getting back into this but I don’t know in which way?

Instead of throwing your money away on all this shit, if you don’t stick with it, why not start with your hands and some lube. Start with the Newbie Routine, check the first thread in this forum, and don’t spend any money until you see your first gain. Then you will know that you can stick with a routine and you may have different ideas on the things you mentioned above.

Hii my name is leo and I recently joined this place. U c I’ve read many forums and watched few of the videos and I got 2 say I am very confused and concerned. My size 6 by 5.My flacid state is pretty small, so thats a bit embarassing too. Till last few months I never even contemplated of increasing the size of my penis. Well why should I, my girlfreind of 4 years never ever complained. As a matter of fact, every time we make love she cums atleast twice. So I guess I am not that bad when it comes to giving her what she wants.But the seed has been planted in my head, and now no matter how hard I am trying, I cant get my mind off it. It’s safe and simple. While you’re doing the routine you can research other modes of PE by reading the posts that detail the experiences of our other members.

Plus, you will gain an understanding of the “how’s” and “why’s” things work.

First off, this forum is not chat room style, so when you start posting in it, don’t use abbreviations or chat talk.

Next, I also started at 6X5 and I would say you are right in the middle of the band for average size. If you want the best web site for pursuing PE, I think this is it.

The safety factor in this is in your own two hands. You start off with manual stretches and jelqing and you control the force and the amount of pressure. You should start off slow and learn to do everything correctly and as your cock becomes conditioned to the exercises, you can begin using more pressure. You just have to learn to read the feedback your body is giving you so you don’t surpass your limits and injure yourself.

You don’t have to do this for the rest of your life, but like any exercise program, you have to make a fairly long term commitment to it in order to see long lasting results.

In order to make a good start you have to read all of the basics and the perfect place to start is the very first thread in the Newbie Forum titled: Important Newbie Threads/Info. Under this thread read everything, but especially the Newbie Primer, the Newbie Routine and A Quick Start Guide To Manual Exercises, where it describes how to do the stretches and jelq.

Remember, like any exercise program, you have to start out slow and condition yourself to the routines and increase intensity as you progress over the course of several weeks. Remember, this is not a sprint to the finish, but a marathon.
