Newbie needs help
Okay, I’ve been reading into PE for a few years now. I have even did some excercises and taken some pills. But that didn’t last for more than a few sessions so obviously I couldn’t have made gains. I want to get back into PE’ing, but the reason I haven’t done this earlier was that I had a lack of time. I work full time plus I attend school. So I want to get back into it, but now there seems to be so many more methods, its confusing me!
My intended workout would be:
3+ hours of PM
200 PowerJelq 5x/week
Kegals 200 reps/day
Pill combo, Zinc, L-lysine, L-arginimax? (whatever that shit is called)
Would this give me decent gains? Is it worth buying the PenieMaster? I need help getting back into this but I don’t know in which way?
