Newbie needs help - routine okay
I’ve read so many contradicting things. One routine says jelq for a week then take a month off for deconditioning as a newbie? Another says do 2 days, 1 off.
Right now I:
1) warm up
2) 25 kegels in each direction (left, right, down, up and straight forward), with shakes/rotations/shakes inbetween each direction
3) 150 wet jelqs
4) warm down
I do 2 days on, 1 day off.
Are there better routines?
Also I have foreskin so sometimes I’m not sure when my penis head starts when I’m in a semi-erect state. Is this a big problem? Can it cause a wierd shaped dick if I stop my jelq reps too early/far away from the bottom of the penis head?
