Newbie needs help - routine okay

I’ve read so many contradicting things. One routine says jelq for a week then take a month off for deconditioning as a newbie? Another says do 2 days, 1 off.

Right now I:

1) warm up
2) 25 kegels in each direction (left, right, down, up and straight forward), with shakes/rotations/shakes inbetween each direction
3) 150 wet jelqs
4) warm down

I do 2 days on, 1 day off.

Are there better routines?

Also I have foreskin so sometimes I’m not sure when my penis head starts when I’m in a semi-erect state. Is this a big problem? Can it cause a wierd shaped dick if I stop my jelq reps too early/far away from the bottom of the penis head?

Do one of the routines in my signature.

Foreskin should not be a problem. Do a search, this has been treated many times.

I’m not sure how you can kegel in any direction. Kegels are done by clamping down on the BC muscle. You can find a more detailed description here:

Well, kegels are scalar, stretches are vectorial, but you can combine them in a 4-dimensional continuum :)

Do you have phimosis? Can’t you retract the foreskin?

I can retract the foreskin but my penis head is pretty large so like it makes jelqing harder for when to stop and when I jelq, the foreskin just goes back over.

You could try dry jelqs.
