Newbie needs a routine
Hey guys I found this site a few days ago and I’ve been reading around, but I keep reading stuff that contradicts.. Basically
I want to know whether I should start doing 200 jelqs per day 2 days on 1 day off.. With kegels and stretching, or to start slower and do say 40 jelqs per day and increase every week?
Sorry if I sound clueless ;)
Any advice on routines would be much appreciated
