Newbie needs a routine

Hey guys I found this site a few days ago and I’ve been reading around, but I keep reading stuff that contradicts.. Basically
I want to know whether I should start doing 200 jelqs per day 2 days on 1 day off.. With kegels and stretching, or to start slower and do say 40 jelqs per day and increase every week?

It all depends on the way your dick responds to the “stimulus”.

Why not start off with the newbie routine, say 5 minutes of stretching andjelqing followed by kegels for the first week.

Start with 40 first. It may not seem like much, but it will get you in shape. Add 20 per week for 6 weeks. PE is very subjective and different for everyone. You must pay attention to how your body is responding to what your are doing. Keep a log of what your doing and what was the result.

It took me a few weeks just to do jelqs properly and figure out the grip that works best for me.

Ok I am new here too 11 days to be exact and I have gained 0.7 inches already in only 11 days!! What I have done, and I suggest you do is start with the newbie routine, word for word, number for number, see how your body reacts the first day, if you find it is hard or overwhelming, start with lower numbers on each excercise then work your way up from there, if you find it is easy, start adding numbers and modifiying your excercises like I did, I swear it will work, you just have to listen to your body and see how you react then act accordingly,

Check my thread called “guys I gained 0.7 inches in 11 days” and check out my routine I changed it up a lot and it’s really working for me, see what works for you, that is my advice!

I just read your thread and they are some amazing gains.. Obviously I’m not expecting my gains to come quick but I’m happy to read that it’s working for you.

Thank you and trust me, as long as you think to yourself I can gain quick AS LONG as I stick to my routine, it will happen, just stay positive and don’t even really think about it, just do your thing and finish, tap yourself on the back, then move on with your day and just live your life with no worries and in no time you will see results, I havent missed a day yet and I don’t plan on missing any, except for my off days that is lol
