Guys, I have been lurking around thundersplace about a month, and began to try to follow newbie routine for 3 weeks,

I’m Thai, 33, 170 cm height, Chinese descend though. Very poor endowed
Start : 09/01/17, BPEL = 4.75, NBPEL = 4.5, EG = 4.5, FL = 2, FG = 3

1st week routine : 5 minutes hot wrap >> 10 minutes manual stretch >> 20-40 strokes of jelq >> 5 minutes hot wrap
2nd week routine : 5 minutes hot wrap >> 15 minutes manual stretch >> 50-100 strokes of jelq >> 5 minutes hot wrap
3rd week routine : 5 minutes hot wrap >> 20 minutes manual stretch >> 100-200 strokes of jelq >> 5 minutes hot wrap
Future routine : 5 minutes hot wrap >> 20 minutes manual stretch >> 200 strokes of jelq >> 5 minutes hot wrap
Manual stretch = Front, Up, Left, Right, Clockwise Rotation, Counter-clock Rotation, V-stretch, BTC each set 30 seconds (each loop = 5 minutes)

Today, 06/02/17. There is no any improvement at all.

Have following question to advise from experience PEer
1. How to prevent erection during streching and jelqing? At the moment I have to spend about 30-40 extra minutes to let it flaccid so I may continue the routine.
2. Since my penis is so sensitive, is it healthy and effective to do stretching at 60% erection?
3. My goal is to achieve NBPEL = 6, How do you think about my previous and future routine?
4. Any suggestion for gripping? Since short in length is complicate to both stretch and jelq
5. How much tension should I apply while stretching?
6. What are signs that the penis is growing
7. According to my profile (ethnic/age/endowment) and my future routine, How much gain (length&girth) should I expect within 3,6,12 months (so I may track my improvement)

3 weeks in is probably too soon to be expecting to see any real gains in growth. PE is a long-term thing. Be patient.

1. Keep practicing. After a while your penis will start to distinguish between “work time” (PE) and “play time” (Sex or masturbation)
2. 60% is a good erection level
3. Everyone gains at different rates, so it’s hard to predict, but it should be achievable.
4. Try different grips and see which is best. My flaccid length was approximately what yours is, and I liked an overhand grip.
5. That’s pretty individual. You want to feel a good stretch in the ligaments, but too much tension can cause turtling after. Again, experiment.
6. You should start seeing an increase in flaccid length and improved EQ. But don’t measure too often. I believe that it’s counterproductive.
7. Unfortunately, PE is not an exact science. We all gain differently. Do the work and see where it takes you. Any gain is good gain.
