Newbie need suggestion routine.
Hello, I’m a little new to this (In the past I tried a couple of these exercise then I quit) but now I’m here to stay.
So anyway, I wanted some suggestion about a newbie routine. I’m reading this ebook called “Natural Penis Enlargement Guide”. In this book they have multiple newb routine that look like alot for a newb. Here’s one of the routine:
Basic Beginner Routine
The Wake Up Cloth 2 mins
The Long Schlong 3 mins
The Jelq 3 mins
Horizontal Movement 2 mins
PC Flex Basic 50 Reps
In my opinion from analyzing and reading other methods it doesn’t seem like this an effective method and it look non senses (since the time on the methods are short). So basically what I’m asking is should I do a method like this for my first 6 weeks? Or should I stick with the method I normally plotted to use? (Which is the newb routine that’s recommended from thundersplace.org)
