Newbie need some guidance with routine

I am quiet new to this forum (membership last week). Also I have been reading about PE on other sites and posts by other newbie’s on this forum.

I have a few questions and need suggestions :
1. Regarding the warm up, have read that this is quiet helpful and recommended. However since it is difficult to get access to things that I could use as a warm up (Privacy issues etc). Could Firegoats roll be one of the ways to be used a warm up/warm down?
2. It has been mentioned that for the newbie routine it should be started with warm up followed by 5 to 10 mins of stretching followed by 5 to 10 mins wet Jelqing and then warm down. Since again due to privacy issues sometimes it is not possible to do all these at a stretch, in order to stick to the routine, is it advisable to do these in multiple time during the day. I mean 5 mins in morning while taking bath, then again for 5 to 10 mins while at office. Point is I am not sure when I will get some private time so any time I can find I want to put it to use for PE exercises.
Would appreciate if any of you have followed a different routine to match the privacy requirements than the one listed here and could provide some suggestion
Also is there a post where it guides you with all the measurement techniques and the abbreviations used in the posts like BPL, NBPL, EG etc. I am yet to take my measurements waiting to find the right techniques to use. Will post my measurements once I know the correct way to do it
