Newbie Looking For Length Gains

Hi I’m new on here and quite new to any PE. I’m starting at BPEL 6.25x5.5 I feel I want to concentrate on length so would you recommend just stretching on a daily basic or incorporating anything else too?

Jelqing is really important. I dont think my routine would be as effective if it were just stretching…but how can I tell.

Read lots, start LIGHT and be very careful. Patience…be careful. Happy gaining

Start with the newbie routine. You’ll see some initial length gains as well as girth. Most importantly you’ll gain proper conditioning for the long haul.

Cheers mate . When you started off did you stretch and jelq every day ? Would you say 3-4 30 sec stretches in each direction will suffice ? And say 5 mins jelqs?

I did try to train every day… but that only lasted a week till I quit because my cock felt terrible.

Its really hard to say what is necessary and everyone is different. After a deconditioning break (very important) I start up my sessions with very light intensity 8min Stretch/ 5 min Jelq then build up time and intensity to 11 min stretch / 10 minutes Jelq.

Like Titleist said, do the newbie routine.

Congratulations on getting started as well as having a well above average canvas to work with! Newbie routine and take days off whenever you feel like you’ve overdone it.

Start with the newbie routine. Stretching and jelqing at about 50-70% erect is good for length. Take it easy. First three months is basically just conditioning. But there might me gains as well. I know I saw gains withing the first three months. Remember. Its a marathon. Not a sprint. Gains take time. You don’t see immediate gains in the gym do you?
