Hello. I joined the forum several years ago, but only recently decided to start a PE program. I have virtually no experience and am looking for advice. I am a 46 year old man who is 5’ 7 and 175 pounds. I know losing 15-20 pounds will not only make me look and feel better, but will also help make my cock look bigger. This is something I am working on. I also recently started to do some PE.

After a lot of research, I purchased a Bath-mate Hydro-max X30. I have used it 3 times. I like how it feels, but it is a bit messy/awkward with the water. I decided to buy a secondary pump and went with an Utimi Manual Operating Vacuum with Gauge. This I love for the convenience. I work at home and can wear it while I am typing on the computer (I am doing so now). I also think it may be possible to use shortly before having sex since I can use it discretely.

I have used this new pump 3 times (including now). It is much more convenient to use. I get a decent seal with it and only need to boost the pressure every few minutes (depending on if I am moving).

Oh, I guess I should share starting stats. Not sure how to report flaccid since it varies a lot. Typical is 3.75” long and 5 3/8” girth. Erect the length goes to 5.75 - 6” and the girth to 6.25”.

Here are my questions:

1. Any thoughts/comments on using one pump versus the other?

2. Is the Hydromax much safer than the other? The last time I used the Utimi I wore it for 15-20 minutes and I did enough pressure for mild pain. I was impressed with the gains in girth and flaccid size (not measured). But after an hour or two I had rings/bumps going up and down my shaft that went away after 6 hours.

3. Right now I am using between 7.5 and 10 cm-Hg of pressure (assuming the gauge is accurate). If I increase to 15 cm-Hg I get a slight tingling in my head, but my length according to the tube is 6.5”. At the base my cock is pressing up against the inside of the tube all around.

4. Any suggestions on a routine. I would love to end up with a cock that hangs flaccid around 5” long and is 6.5” to 7” long. Not sure if this is a pipe (no pun intended) dream.

Edit: I should say that I have virtually no warm up routine. So far I simply place my flaccid cock in the pump, pump it up and hold the pressure for 15 minute or so. If someone can suggest an easy and relatively short routine for exercises, that would be great.

For starters back off if the pressure. Keep it around 5hg. Use constant heat and since you’re just starting use two ten minute sets with jelqs in between.

10 cmHg should be around 4 inchHg, 15cmHg is something between 4 and 5 inchHg … all good here.

10 cm is equal to almost 4 in. so that would be ok.

I prefer the air pump with gauge over bathmate because of the safety factor and convince of no spills. However, using the BM when in the shower should be beneficial.

I recommend doing 10 minutes twice a day at 10 cm and add a minute a week until you reach 10 minutes. However, use your PIs as an additional guide to slow down your progress if they turn negative.

Once you reach 20 minutes try pulse pumping and once a week go for 45 minutes at 7.5 cm.

Seriously consider implementing a warm-up into your routine. And using heat throughout. Your gains will be greater.
