Hey everybody. I’ve been a member for awhile now, but never really posted much before. I just wanted to say that I’ve done a lot of reading and appreciate the great advice and information giving here.

Anyways, I’m ready to begin pe and was wondering if I should do the original newbie routine or the linear newbie routine, or if it really matters which one. My current measurements are 6.75”el and around 5”eg. My goals are 7”el and 5.25”eg. Do you think by my goals are attainable with a committed pe program such as those above? I’d like to gain more than .25” in length in the long run, but I”d be happy just getting to 7”el and of course any extra girth would be great too!

Welcome aboard! Your goals are definitely attainable- in fact they are quite reasonable. Some people start PE wanting to gain 2”+ EL and get discouraged when they don’t get it right away. If you set the bar at a reasonable amount, any additional gains will be like a bonus and you won’t lose motivation.

As far as routines go, either newbie routine will work. A main point of the newbie routines is to get a feel for how to do the exercises and to get your penis used to PE. Consistency is more important than the specific routine- don’t train for a week then stop then start again etc. And expect to gain. If you keep at it you will make your goals. Good luck.

I think that with right attitude and motivation you will achieve you results in not time. You should start off with a newbie routine.

Just bear in mind that many newbie routines are too intense.

Don’t go over 60 jelqs to start with! This beginner routine here recommends 200! That’s way too much for a beginner.
