Newbie Jelq question

So I’m using the newbie routine by Thunder and was wondering something. When I jelq for 10minutes, does that mean no rest? So I can’t do 5min, take a break and then start the next 5min?

Maybe if you need a rest hot wrap in between the 5 minute sessions? I don’t know, I have never had to do so. But hot wraps have been very helpful for me.
