Newbie Is this a good routine? Need advice please
Hi guys, I’m starting doing PE and can someone please give some comments for my week 1 routine. Basically the routine is based on beginner phase of penis health exercise and I modified some.
10 minutes warm up
4 sets x 30 seconds stretching straight front, straight left and straight right while doing reverse kegel/loosening the ligs
3 sets x 30 power stretch (20 seconds stretching while doing reverse kegel then followed by 5 quick kegels while still stretching) straight left, right and front
8 minutes 3-4 seconds jelq
4 sets horizontal movement (this is done by gripping on the base of semi erect penis with one hand then gripping just below on the head on the other hand then slowly move it towards the base)
10 minutes warm down
UJW for 2-3 hours
This is for my week 1. Currently I do not know what my week 2 will be and for the succeeding weeks.. Probably I’ll continue it but I’ll make UJW around 3-5 hours per day. Privacy is not issue for me as I am living and working at home. My long term routine is to do manual exercise (different types of stretching and jelqing but still have to research which to do) followed by extender then ADS (planning to purchase autoxleeve as it is easier to apply based on what I read). Then if I did not saw any gains for around 3-4months I’ll replace manual exercise with hanging)..
I ordered PMP but I’m not sure if when will it arrive.. Can someone please have a comment on my routine?
