Newbie Introduction & Questions
Hello Gentlemen, new here and just wanted to say hi to the community and check if I am on the right track.
I’ll try to be brief:
I’ve got a fat pad and need to do the reverse peace sign to push all the way down, due to this I also have to do the one-hand jelq method. Is this just as effective? I do this in the shower with warm water and just some soap.
I have read on here and another forum that it’s always best to do less and rest more I do 20 jelqs - 5 days p/week - interchanging hands so I don’t cause a curve long-term.
For the jelq I push back the fat pad and hold it there while making the “okay” sign with light pressure bring it up just before the head, repeat.
