OK, I have a couple of questions. I have been reading the information on this site and watched the tutorials on jelq squeeze, Sadsak slinky, etc., and I was wondering when I am supposed to do these. Are they alternatives to regular jelqing or are they something I do after the 10 minutes or so of jelqing? Also, I have a problem with getting an erection almost immediately after I start jelqing, which makes the jelqing session take a long time without getting many strokes in. What can I do to minimize my erections during jelqing? Thanks for all of the help, and I am looking forward to seeing my new gains!

How long have you been pe’ing for?. If this is your first time, then I had the exact same problem as you. I used this method which worked flawlessly. I masturbated right before I took a 20 minute shower then stretched and jelqed right after the shower. It helped big time but from my experience, any form of touch on the penis gave me an erection. With PE you really learn to control those mind-sensations and now when I PE, I do get the occasional erection here and there but then I think about certain things like what am I doing tomorrow, how is that project going at work,etc. It does have its after-effects because when my gf unzips my pants, there would always be a rock hard erection but now, sometimes its flaccid. I’m learning to control this as well like the difference between what turns me on and what doesn’t.

Anyway, once you get into PE for a month or so, you can ask all the guys here. You will start having a hard time getting an erection for PE if thats what you want. Funny how that works.

I have just been doing PE for about a week now, so I will try your advice of masturbating first. I hadn’t done that before because I thought that if you masturbated right before PE, then PE would not work. Also, when am I supposed to use jelq squeeze and Sadsak slinky? Thanks again for the help.

If you’ve only been PEing for a week, don’t worry about these right now. Stick to the newbie routine for a couple of months. Then move on to the more experienced exercises. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself. Learn the basics first and get good at them. You will have plenty of time for the other stuff. Good luck to you.

The newbie routine is a great routine to start out with, and when you feel your penis is conditioned more, step up the intensity or add some more sets. Don’t be afraid to ask for routine advice down the road. I’d rather you ask a question that’s been asked already than hurt yourself.

What the other guys have written. Stick with the basics for a while. This will toughen up your unit and let you develope some skill in interpreting feed back from your little friend. Every time I see the movie scar face now and he says “say hello to my little friend”

Thanks for all of the advice; I am definitely going to be following the newbie routine diligently. Also, I requested a mentor, so do you know how long it will take for me to hear back about it?
