Newbie in need
Hi all, I’m new to this forum and PE in general and I wanted to start off with just a few questions. I started reading threads on this forum a couple of days ago but it was hard to understand many of them because a lot of people here like using acronyms. I was wondering what do all these acronyms stand for? Like BTC or ADS, MDC’s, JAI stretches, if I am missing other acronyms please let me know.
I am also curious about ligament stretching, are they any special type of stretches that stimulate the ligaments or is that just regular stretching? Also I have read about this thing called the tunica on this forum and tried to Google with very little results for this topic. Is there anyone that can explain to me what the tunica is and what role it plays in PE? I have heard about V-stretches but again since I am a newbie my knowledge is very limited.
