Hey, I’m a 19 year old guy looking forward to having a big dick. I started with the newbie routine four months ago minus the kegels. I have been gradually adding time and I am now up to 25 minutes of jelqing and 10 minutes of stretching. The whole time I have only been getting positive PIs. I started at 6”EL, and my EG was 5.25 at my base, 5.5 midshaft and 5.25 at like the head of my penis. I have only gained .25 inches of girth at my base. Which I was not even trying to do. I wanted to add length first and then girth,but shit happens. Not that I’m ungrateful for the added girth I just going for that. I am stating to get a little depressed about this. I thought I would have gained like .25 inches in length by now. What am I doing wrong that I haven’t gained any length? Also does my physique affect any possible gains? If so I am 6’ft, 165lb with a slight muscular build.

Some suggestions:

-Increase each stretch duration.
-Add an ADS (all day stretch)
-Use heat at the start and during excercises
-Add cool down at the end of each session with cold water


Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0
