Okay so as stated above I’m new to this forum and want to gain girth (doing PE excersize) and wanted to know what the best routines are for girth. Currently I’m 5.7” x 4.5” and really I’ve come to terms with the length but the girth is what gets me. Anybody have any good advice?

What’s your current experience level?

If nothing, start with the newbie routine and add extra girth exercises after 2-3 months. Don’t rush into the advanced girth exercises, you’ll just injure yourself.

As stated I’m a complete newbie! Where exactly would I find the “newbie routine”? And honestly, are there guys that no matter how hard they jelq they just don’t see gains?

My bad, I guess the title of your thread makes it clear. You may well gain length too.

START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info

There are guys that jelq/extend/hang/pump and don’t gain. There are guys that try everything and don’t gain.

There are several important things:

  1. Measure properly and take measured photos or you won’t know you’ve gained or you might not believe you’ve gained
  2. Be consistent or you might as well not bother. PE takes serious time, every now and again doesn’t cut it.
  3. If you are gaining at good speed don’t change anything, if you aren’t gaining change quickly (2 months of not gaining is enough).
  4. It’s really easy to injure yourself if you are unused to the kind of stresses your penis can take, so start with care
  5. If you don’t feel like you’ve stressed your penis after a PE session, you are probably doing something wrong but don’t worry because
  6. Effective jelqing takes time to master. (watch the video)

The Newbie Routine is a good starting point. It gradually leads you up a ramp but then you need to add to the ramp yourself by picking a route beyond that. Some people continue to gain without having to go beyond the Newbie Routine at all. Some people find even the Newbie Routine too intense and have to go for the Linear Newbie Routine.

It always makes me nervous when anyone says “jelq” and “hard” in the same sentence. Think “jelq carefully” or “dedicated jelqer”
