Hi guys:

Started PE about 4 years ago and stupidly hurt myself due to being zealous and just wanting to be big. Well, fast forward to now and I am starting again and I have a question on the newbie routine posted

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

I just startled again today and I wanted to know if I could not do so much starting out? Reason being, I think this is how I hurt myself the first time around. I also need to figure out what I am you going to tell my wife after going from 10 min showers to 30 min ones. Lol

I am 5.5 erect and would like to be to 9 or bigger. Now is that a goal or what?? :)

I just started PE a few days ago and I was also concerned about keeping it discreet. One thing that’s really helped is to break up the routine throughout the day. I stretch for ten minutes in the shower each morning, do my Kegels at work, and jelq for ten minutes in the bathroom when I get home. So far, my wife is none the wiser. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Hmm, I would like to know if breaking up the routine in parts is such a good idea, because when you workout you get some blood pumping around, and with a full workout you will have had more blood engorging your unit as when you would perform 1 “exercise” at a time, spread throughout the day.
For me, personally, I think it would be bad doing it like this, but if it works for you like that I’d say go for it!

Wishingbig, what kind of injury did you brought upon yourself 4 years ago, and how did the healing go?

Good plan! And I hope you reach your goal. I am like CC, married and squeeze my sessions where ever I can, discreetly. So far for the last two weeks I havent seen too much improvement but I definitely noticed a change in blood flow.

I am going to start including kegels in to my routine
