Hi everyone,

As a newbie here I suppose I’m a little bit apprehensive about talking about myself but here goes..

I guess I’ve always been conscious of my penis size for a long time now, especially the girth. I’m definitely looking for length but more so girth. My stats are BPEL - 6.00” but EG - 4 and 1/8” so I’m especially worried about the girth. Although my partner says she is happy and that I am average in size, I know that I’m far below average in thickness . I’m in my early 40’s and have noticed that over the past two or three years my erections have become weaker and I do sometimes struggle to maintain one when I have sex or during foreplay. It’s like the mind really wants to, but sometimes the body doesn’t respond!

I’ve been browsing PE sites for a while now and have begun doing some light jelqing and stretching etc, I feel as though I’m ready to really start putting some work in and learning from you all. I would really appreciate tips on getting firmer erections and gaining girth. I would love a thicker and rock hard erection ( everyone says that I know! ), But I really do feel unhappy at the moment.

I’m looking forward to making gains and spending an active time doing PE and posting on here.

Well as you know, the newbie routine is vital for conditioning the penis. The key is consistency and following what your penis has to say. Start of light, and increase the stress you cause on your penis as it becomes conditioned.

Improving erection quality is my main reason for being here as well, and although PE does help, the key is balancing your diet, living healthy, avoiding stress, and not over training your unit.
Drink lots of vitamins, especially C, and, sorry to say this ol’ chap, but stay away from beer.

There is a lot of information around here, so search around and ye shall find answers. If you don’t feel free to ask any questions.:)

Welcome to the forum. Posting on the net can be a bit intimidating sometimes, but I can tell you will do just fine here.

You say you have been doing some light jelquing and stretching and ask for tips, but the best thing is to follow the newbie routine at the top of this forum to ensure you’re penis is prepared for anything above and beyond. Best of luck and again, welcome. :)

Thank you thatcat, you’ve made me feel welcome. I think that maybe you could be right about diet etc. My family does have a history of heart disease, maybe it’s paranoia but I have wondered whether my veins and arteries are clogging up.

Be on the safe side. Start living healthy, avoid fatty food, eating before going to bed, start working on your cardiovascular system.

Jogging, treadmill, or just plain old walking helps. 40 minutes a day, 3 to 4 times a week, and you will notice a difference within weeks.

If you smoke, it’s time to stop. Cigarettes are a erection killer. I’m trying to follow my own advise.

Thanks, I don’t smoke and never have but do regularly drink - although not lots at a time, I’m going to really cut back. Thanks tps- I think slow and gradual is the key tho I want instant results! I’m not deluding myself though.

Taking L-Arginine will help alot with getting harder erctions which will help for jelqing. Take it about 30 mins before you start. It will take a few weeks to kick in but it does work. It has for me anyways.

It sounds like your in the beginning stages of ED. Jelqing and the supplements Thatcat recommended is great. I would add to that list gensing and ginko biloba to that list. (Gen sing raises blood pressure, so if your hypertensive gensing is not for you) Green tea is also great for erections.

Now I had complete ED, this is the amazing ability to ejaculate w/o getting much of an erection about a 30% one.

You started in the neck of time, you can with PE avoid ED.I’m in my early forties to.

Will also implement the diet/exercise and supplements you’ve recommended with the newbie routine. I have in the past kingpole done the ejaculating with only a partial erection a couple of times - weird isn’t it? What’s L-Argine ? Has anyone else given it a go? Off now to start the newbie routine!


I suggest you to really train and develop your PC muscle, too. I’m younger than you, but since I started PC exercises I always wake up with hard rock erections and I have to wait some time before being able to pee (or I pee in my face :D ). More than that my erections somtimes continues even after eiaculation.

After two days on, one off and this morning back to it I’ve noticed some minor yet pleasing results.

Firstly, I woke up with quite hard morning wood today.

Secondly, my erect penis did seem just and I mean just, fuller and thicker.

Thirdly, when I continued my routine this morning, my penis seemed to feel more pliable and more stretchy.

I’ve taken on board suggestions made - have been doing some exercises and taking some supplements - zinc, garlic ( which I’ve read is good for promoting erection quality), ginkgo and vit C.

I also think that being patient and exercising slowly and thoroughly is the key. I’ve dabbled a little in PE before - I’ve jelqed etc. Before, I did this quite quickly and I now know this is wrong. Now for each jelq I go through a slow, firm motion and concentrate fully on what I am doing. I also visualise - imagine blood being forced in and expanding the chambers etc., I don’t know if this will help at all but I’m going to keep up the visualisations. I think, even though I’ve tried before quite a few times that I’m only just learning HOW to jelq! The point I’m trying to make I guess is that patience and hard work is really going to be the key. I also am thinking about my penis a hell of a lot and look forward to PE ing.

Two main objectives for me as I stated at the beginning were improved erections and bigger size with much more girth more important than length. I already feel that my penis is in better condition ( possibly with the help of before proper PE PE - if you get what I mean ! ) . I’ll keep you posted and thanks to everyone on this forum. Reading the public forums before starting my journey has been really inspirational. Everyone who dares to speak out and to be frank and honest is amazing. This has given me much hope and confidence.
