Ciao To you all,

I’m a PE newbie, I just started three day’s ago. After several hours of searching online for good beginner routines
I ended up going with the Linear newbie routine. My plan was to start slow, but, when I started jelqing it felt pretty good,
And so, instead of starting with 10 to 20 reps, I ended up doing two sets of 20 reps with a two to three minute break in-between.
So, my routine is basically, warm up with a hot cloth for about 7 to 10 minutes, then do two sets of 20 reps jelqs, then warm down for
About 7-10 minutes. I was super surprised by this, but there seems to be approximately one centimeter increase in my flaccid length.
My flaccid length before three day’s of PEing was 8.5cm,
I measured today and it was round about 9.5cm. However, my dick feels a little heavier than usual, is this normal? Also, I feel
A little tingle below my scrotum, am I putting too much pressure when jelqing?
My EQ has dropped, morning wood is there, but not at 100%, I’d say it’s at 90% or so.

Had the same problem.
They said after adding Kegels to their routine, the problem was solved.
Seeing that I’m still in the conditioning phase, is it better for me to take
A break for a while?
Or should I try the Kegels?

Take a rest day or two. You are in the very beginning of conditioning. Your body is confused and adjusting to your routine. Don’t add more until you feel confident.

EQ dropping never means add more. Usually means ease up, wait a little and try again with the same thing but maybe less.

In your case, rest a day or two. See how you feel. Try the routine again the same way and see if you feel better. Conditioning isn’t instantaneous but pushing harder isn’t a good idea until you’re confident.

Keep at it. Then if you still need advice or have questions, ask in a week or week and a half when you have more experience to draw from so we may be able to see a pattern and help more.

You should have a look at the post for physical indicators. that way you will know what sings to watch out for (Negatives) and which ones are good for the dick (Positives).

Yes and could be considered a good sign if this combines to positive PIs. But, if your EQ is fading away, I agree with thoughtfulgold, ease up.

Thanks for all the advice. After having read what everyone said, I decided to take
A week break from PE. I just recommenced this week, instead of starting off with
40 Jelqs, I’ve decided to start with 20 jelqs. Checked out the Pi’s everything seems good.
After having re-read the liner newbie routine, I realized that I was supposed to have more rest days.
Now, I’m doing 2 on 1 off. I’ve just hit the 30 jelqs mark. It felt good, I can feel a little bit of a stretch on the

Sounds like your getting to grips with PE ;) . It takes time to process all the info here at Thunders. Read, read and read some more. Don’t rush things, take it easy at the start, enjoy the newbie gains. Remember, slow and steady wins the race.

Linear and newbie routine are proven and well balanced.

Do not do anything more than what is writen.

Meaning take the week off, start over with the linear as it is, fnish the linear, take a week off ,continue with the newbie, finish the newbie.

Yip, I plan on taking it super slow. I call it the Linear Snail pace newbie routine.
Here’s what I plan to do in the next three months,
1st Month: Jelqing only: by end on my first four weeks, I’ll be doing 60 jelqs.
2nd month: Introduce kegeling into my routine. Something tells me,
As the Jelqing reps go higher, I’m gonna need better control of my EQ.
3rd: Add stretching to my routine, what I’m really after is gains in girth, my length isn’t too
Long, nor too short. But I’ll gladly accept whatever I get.
So basically,I’m taking three months to work my way up to the newbie routine.
I really don’t expect to see any gains in this period. I do however expect better EQ.
I would really appreciate any feedback regarding my planned

Howzit guys. So I thought I should give you an update. Been doing the
Routine I told you about. It’s been fun, however my PI’s point to neutral. I’m
On my third week, so I don’t expect any gains, however I haven’t seen increase
In EQ. Also, I didn’t have that worked out feeling after my sessions. So I’ve decided to add kegels
And basic stretches to my routine. I’ve only done this once, but, I had that ” I feel I worked out” feeling
After my session today. Here’s the routine, I’d like to know what you think:
Warm up: 5 -10 minutes [ warm cloth]
Stretch: 10 second hold for all directions, then clockwise stretch. I do this four times
Jelq: 50 reps
Kegel: 25 kegels, I can’t go more than 3 seconds, per kegel
Jelq: 50 reps
Warm down: 5-10 minutes [warm cloth].

Here’s what I noticed during and after today’s session:
During: While stretching, I could feel the stretch on my corpus spongiosum and corpus cavernosa.
While jelqing, I could feel the blood rushing towards my glands. There was also a visible increase
In my head girth.
After: I felt worked out, my penis looked fuller, however I wasn’t fully erect.
One more thing, I plan to kegel as much as possible, while on the train, at work, etc.
Is this a good idea?

Like I said, I would really appreciate some feedback.

Defnitely NO on the kegels at work . Do not overdo kegels.

I have tried kegelling as much as possible and I can tell you that it only reduces your EQ and spontaneous erections (if any).

Kegeling is good.

Excessive kegeling will fuck you up pretty good.

I have read in forums that there are guys who say they kegel as much as possible and eventually manage to control their PC muscles to the point where they can have multiple orgasms. I think that skill is still attainable by doing kegels within limits and not “as much as possible”. DLD said you should do it in the thousands.. To me that is too extreme.
