I’m a PE newbie, I just started three day’s ago. After several hours of searching online for good beginner routines
I ended up going with the Linear newbie routine. My plan was to start slow, but, when I started jelqing it felt pretty good,
And so, instead of starting with 10 to 20 reps, I ended up doing two sets of 20 reps with a two to three minute break in-between.
So, my routine is basically, warm up with a hot cloth for about 7 to 10 minutes, then do two sets of 20 reps jelqs, then warm down for
About 7-10 minutes. I was super surprised by this, but there seems to be approximately one centimeter increase in my flaccid length.
My flaccid length before three day’s of PEing was 8.5cm,
I measured today and it was round about 9.5cm. However, my dick feels a little heavier than usual, is this normal? Also, I feel
A little tingle below my scrotum, am I putting too much pressure when jelqing?
My EQ has dropped, morning wood is there, but not at 100%, I’d say it’s at 90% or so.

They said after adding Kegels to their routine, the problem was solved.
Seeing that I’m still in the conditioning phase, is it better for me to take
A break for a while?
Or should I try the Kegels?
