Hello everyone.

I’ve being lurking for awhile now and just started the Newbie Routine two days ago.

Before I found this forum I purchased a Hydromax x30 and a Phallosan on an impulse. They came in the mail yesterday and today.

Now I know the general consonance is roll with the newbie routine for 6 months before any gear use. With the money spent, I’d like to include them in my routine.

This is what I was thinking.

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minute pump
4. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5. 5 minutes hot wrap
6. 50 kegels of five second holds each
7. Phallosan (maybe only 3ish hours to start instead of 8 or more)

I’ll increase time of the routine as the weeks continue.

Questions: Should I pump and Phallosan everyday or stay with the 2on 1off?

That is just way too beaucoup hardware for someone that started this Monday. Plus you said it yourself, 6 month of newbie routine before adding anything else seems like the way to go.
Everyone here is impatient of having there dream size penis, but don’t over do it in the very beginning, your cock is not use to all these exercises. You can get injured doing PE you know.
Try to be much more patient, it is the only key to a PE success story, and everyone that has one will agree.

I made the same mistake, bought a phallosan and bathmate. Both requires time and commitment to learn how to use them properly. I remember it was such a pain to stick to the phallosan only for 5 hours a day. Now I can use it for 8-10 hours without that pain I used to feel.

I would say, do at least 2 months of the newbie routine. Also you need to decrease that workout, 200 jelqs is still a lot. You should start with only 3 minutes stretching and 3 minutes jelq and 50 kegels.

Increase another minute every week and do that 2 on 1 off.

After 2 months you add the bathmate as the last exercise for 2 sets of 5 minutes and keep that stretches and jelqs at 10 minutes.

It’s important to try to master those, quality over quantity.
You can use the phallosan after 2 months too. I would use during the day for 2-3 hours and do the workout at night.

It’s not like your gear won’t be sitting there in the same condition 6 months from now after you’ve done the newbie routine.

Go slow. Otherwise you’ll be over on the injury forums and won’t be gaining anything.

I get it. You got this awesome gear and you want to use it NOW!! Trust me. I know the feeling. It’s like a nice shiny new toy. As Dammit said, your gear will still be there in 6 months, all new and shiny still. The routine you suggest is quite a workload to an unconditioned dick. My prediction. Your EQ falls through the floor and you have a hard time getting it half hard to even jelq, let alone have sex.

Do yourself a favour. Do the newbie routine by itself. Enjoy the gains you see and when you become conditioned to that use the gear you got to up your routine at the appropriate time. Your dick will thank you and you in turn will gain and will be overjoyed!!!
