Hey there, I am a young Asian dude in his 20s with a 4 inch erect penis, about 1.5 inch flaccid. And girth wise, sadly about the circumference of a bottle cap.

Now, I don’t want to hear the bs of just get better at foreplay and whatnot. To me, size is everything. It is my weak sliver of confidence that keeps me from approaching women or even interact with other guys as a man.

To make matters worse, I recently went to a public spa where everybody is required to be fully naked. I went with friends and sadly enough, my “penis” which looks like a damn button was the smallest out of the entire spa. Even other friends heard about the incident and I honestly don’t want to show my face anymore.

It’s humiliating, embarrassing, depressing, and I just ask god what I did wrong to deserve this.

I have done some PE in the past but not with full effort and consistency. I gained about .5 in from jelqing alone.

This time, I want to go head on with full effort. I am willing to take vitamins and herbs to increase blood flow, etc. But I’m not sure where to start.

I heard that using extenders that stretch your penis for a long time have good results.

So what pills should I take and what can I supplement jelqing with to achieve maximum girth and length?

I am not going to tell you a plan. That choice is yours and it will be based on your own risk vs reward.
What I will tell you will help you more in reaching your goals in my opinion.

I believe that you need to change your mindset to the long haul. Don’t think how many different things can I do to get this done tomorrow.
Find one maybe two good methods and stick with them. Use your bad experiences to fuel you on those days that you don’t feel like doing PE.
Educate yourself to one method at first and become dedicated towards it.

If you jump around from one thing to another you will probably make very little progress.

Think about the difference between light and a laser. Focus and direction can cut through steel

If you gained 1/2” from jelqing previously, just commit to the full newbie routine. I would recommend that you vanish devices (other than a rice sock) and supplements from your mind.

In terms of sex and relationships, just think of penis size like you would money: focus on being the best poor boyfriend you can be while you work hard to make money.

There is one thing you can do to find a proper routine.

Start with the newbie routine and stick to it for a month. Measure.

Gained? Keep doing it for two more months. Measure.

Gained? Keep doing the same exercises but add something to the routine. From this point on add and substract exercises on a monthly basis based on your measurements. Whenever you see you didn’t gain then change something, but just one thing. This way you will see what is working and what isn’t working anymore.

If you do this you will educatedly iterate your routine 10 times the first year, and will get into the second having a much better idea of what works for you.

The money analogy is fantastic. Just go on while you work on silence… doing your best day by day, jelq after jelq. One day will arrive when you look back and say “Well, after x time of effort, I’ve well earned myself a bigger penis”. Just don’t forget about your “poor boy” days and give your technique the same attention you are giving your size now.

Hi Crosshair. First of all, I would like to say that I understand how you feel with having a small penis. I am Asian myself, with a below average penis (not too far from yourself, starting BPEL of 11.0cm or 4.3”), and I’m working to improve that.

I understand the embarrassment feeling that you describe. Although I didn’t have to strip myself in the public before, but I have always been conscious of my size and for a long time have always tried to avoid the urinals in the toilets and chose to pee in the stall instead. Nowadays I’m ok using the urinals but still feel uncomfortable sometimes if there’s another guy beside me.

You mentioned that you’ve gained 1/2” from jelqing alone. That’s really good results, considering that it’s not with full effort and consistency. I would suggest that you pick it up again and maybe try to be more consistent this time. I’m sure it’ll pay off.

I can’t advice what supplements to take as I’ve never taken any, nor do I plan to. I’ve only been doing manual exercises and seemed to get some results from it. It may be slower than some, but everyone’s different and responses differently. Make sure you listen to your penis and do not overtrain it, as you don’t want to get any injuries.

You can make it bigger, thats what PE is so get out of a poor me mindset immediately, stop asking God why and get motivated.

The reason I’m being harsh in tone is because you need to understand first a foremost a victim mindset in ANYTHING in life will defeat you. You are not a victim. Even if you are a victim you are NOT a victim.

Also I don’t think the penis size means all that much to you:

This is the biggest issue in your life and you did some PE at a half assed effort and with little consistency?

Really? Does that sound like you want change all that much?

Here’s the thing: There’s no magic pill. It’s work. Right now you’re a 350lb guy, you need to lose though pounds, pound by pound. You can do it, but its going to take work. Half assed effort and consistency will leave you with the same kind of results.

You CAN do it if you DECIDE to do it.

You’re right. Thanks for the helpful words. I half-ass everything in life and I haven’t gotten anywhere. I always try to play the victim card because that’s what it seems like. I never got dealt a good hand at life. Being Asian is a curse in western society so I struggle to not go mentally insane. Thanks to everybody else for their insight as well.

If at any point any other person, least of all what should be your brothers, are concerned with your penis you discard them. Locker rooms are filled with average dicks, talk of locker rooms filled with big dicks; yet few men willing to admit this with a society steeped in male hyper-sexualisation. If it does not bring you joy or benefit in any way, you remove it.

As for PE; follow the newbie routine and follow it some more. Set goals not in dimensions but in effort, constancy and determination. A ruler is as critical as observing; both measure and perceive what you’re doing to your penis. This will allow you to fill in the blanks that only apply to you. Resist supplements and other forms of PE beyond, jelqing, stretching, a good warm-up and something to write. A healthy body certainly helps, better blood circulation, greater sensitivity, a stronger body and resilient mind.

Forget the “best poor boyfriend”, you’re neither a tool nor resource. You are infinitely more important than as to be seen for an instrument for somebody else, you’re an instrument for yourself.

Absolutely.

Too often we guage our self-estimate on exchange of value in the marketplace of relationships with others, and set ourselves up for failure.

When you learn to please your self your anxiety in all things will evaporate.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Hi don’t worry about it to much as stress will hold you back from full erection , follow this lovely guide Newbie Routine Steady Progress Chart and as for pills and herbs don’t worry about them to much as no vitamin or herb will make your penis grow on its own. With that said I like you have done research on herbs and i have to say you may wanna start taking Horny goat weed and Ginseng both have great benefits with increasing blood flow to the penis and preventing ED also increases your libido. So they would be great to have along well jelqing. But the down side is you have to take for about 4-6 weeks for them to start taking full effect, but its worth it right also you would gain probably for the first 3 weeks Ive been doing it for 5 weeks and gain 1cm. So give it a go don’t stress to much and in a year tell your friends lets go to the spa and you will be hung like a porn star lol……. maybe not that hung but still at least 1inch or so bigger.
