Hi All

I was thinking of paying a fortune to have surgery to increase my size and stumbled across this site. I’ve been lurking for a few weeks now and trying out some of the techniques etc

I’m not well endowed but being a grower instead of a shower I measure in (erect) at 6.4 inches. I’m kinda happy with my slim length as is my wife however, I feel my girth is somewhat lacking.

What are the PE techniques I would need to help expand my girth?

I’m finding most of the info here a little daunting and please correct me if I’m wrong, if I also wish to extend my length would I use Jelqing techniques.

Daunting? Why?

Sorry, maybe daunting is not the correct word to use, confusing may be a better term.

This is an active but welcoming community. I can see how it can be overwhelming at first. Start with the newbie routine for conditioning and potentially some newbie gains. You can read up on other topics but stick with the newbie routine for a few months before starting girth exercises.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Your length is good. What is your erect girth?

Erect girth is around 4 inches near the base and narrows to around 3ish , I don’t have a proper means to measure and I’m roughly judging the size of the “finger ring”.

I would like to gain an erect length of 7” and a girth of 5-6”.

If you have a ruler make a measuring ” tape” from paper. Mark the paper from the measurements on the ruler, and et voila! Measuring tape!

I have a couple of newbie questions that I’m hoping someone can answer. When doing the manual warm-up stretching, does this contribute towards length gains?

I’m not trying to rush ahead too quickly (been lurking a while but only just signed up) apart from the overhand type jelq (which I feel more comfortable doing) what other girth exercises can I add into my routine?

Oh and when I posted earlier saying that I found this all confusing (not the site - sites awesome) I think it was more to do with the fact that I’m just not used to talking about my dick with other guys. Onwards and upwards though ;)

Don’t worry about “specializing’ with specific girth routines. Just do the newbie routine and get conditioned. The warm up stretches are primarily for , well, warm-up, but they should eventually contribute to length gains.
