Just want to say hello to all, ask a question, and tell you how great it is to stumble upon such a wonderful, insightful, and life changing site. I’m sure you have all been there, excited beyond your normal mental level, as you were scrolling through these posts. No? Well I guess I’m a nut.

I have been looking over these posts for about a month without giving into PE wholeheartedly. I have been performing kegels (sp?) for awhile before I encountered this site though, but never considered to take my size situation literally into my own hands.

A month later I had up and downs results with PE, but the downs came from my mistakes of course; like too much stretching time or overdoing with jelq (overdoing it in general I mean). All in all I rested and my poor attempt and recharged/recuperated so I can give it another try. And this is where my question comes in: Has there been anyone here that reached a noticeable growth without performing basic or any other sort of stretches?? I find stretching to be abit odd for me since I tend to have trouble gripping on my glands the right way. This has lead to my first painful encounter with temp. Injury in PE. It’s just that I can’t seem to find the right grip for it and it leads to a cold feeling and the loss of color ( turns into bluish/ purplish tone).

So I was wondering if PE could be done with only lets say Jelq 1 month then stretching the next/other month and all mixed in with kegels. Every moth I would switch from Jelq to stretching. Any advise or suggestion on this program guys? I am aware that it will slow down the gains but will it bring forth any gains at all?

I gained almost 2 inches from age 19 to 20 with only jelqing and kegels but it is hard to tell how much of it was natural, although there really is no such thing as natural exactly.

Switching up is always good.

But why not do a combination workout and include all the techniques you mention?

To answer your question Dark: For once, it is just too time consuming to deal with all of the techniques at once. Secondly I have a hard time focusing on numerous things, and knowing that I have to only focus on few methods, psychologically, makes my exercises more effective. Or I might be lazy.

What do you mean by natural, rm18? You mean to say that you had other help from supplements or something other then PE?

Yes. I’ve made good gains through pumping and hanging.

Good God, man! How hard were you grabbing the thing, anyway? Take it easy, DNYC: we’re not trying to rip our penises off of our bodies here. If you are like most guys, you only have one dick. It is very possible to do yourself permantent injury by pulling or stretching too hard. I can go to the gym and, on a strong day do tricep pushdowns with the entire stack, mimicing the same action that guys use when they are doing PE stretches. Now imagine taking that same 200 pounds and hanging it off of your dick. You see how crazy this is?

PE is a long term project: it requires discipline and dedication. One of the reasons guys don’t gain is because they lack these qualities. It takes a while just to learn how to perform the exercises properly. I sincerely hope that you check out some of the threads in the “Start Here” section in the main page of this forum. This one is particularly good.
