I did PE for about six weeks and found gains of 0.5 cm for both girth and length. This over a period of 2 months. However, I think I hit my limit quite soon as I believe a lot of the “gains” actually had to do with taking my unit to health again… I was having problems maintaining erections but after the programme I found improvements. I also used several supplements (L-Arginine, Ginseng, Muira Puama, Multivitamins, and Zinc). However, I think gains have stalled and I believe it might have to do with my programme. Before I found this site I got so desperate that I bought one off penisimprovement.com (mistake!). However, seeing that it seems to have a generally sound routine I figured I might as well use it.

2 minute wrap.
40 jelq strokes.
4 minute wrap.
20 5 second stretches.
20 5 second stretch with Kegel.
Is this routine any good? I have never had any feeling that I need rest from this daily routine, so I think perhaps I should adapt to something more powerful? I definitely think I have more time and that my unit can take a bit more heat. Any help would be appreciated.
