It has been ten days since I started P.E. I have been following the “newbie routine” without kegel. I have some queries , kindly please help.

1.The veins in my penis are more visible than before but My penis feels much more softer and flexible than before when it is semi flaccid. Is it a positive sign?

2. I have a hard time keeping an erection when Jelqing. What can I do to keep it erect?

3. After a P.E session, my penis doesn’t feel fuller or bigger. Am I doing it wrong?

4. I tried to kegel a lot but I have a hard time doing it right. Will skipping kegel hinder gains?

First things first: DO NOT DO FULL ERECTION JELQS! That is very dangerous. Newbies should stick with 60 to 75% erection.

It is ok to do some jelqs and then stroke yourself back up to your desired erection level and continue. Example; 50 jelqs, stroke dick, 50 more jelqs. Rinse and repeat until you have reached your desired number of jelqs.

Kegels will help improve your erection quality. A harder dick is a bigger dick.

Kegels are not difficult to do. Go urinate. Use your muscles to stop the stream of urine. That is a kegel.

I do jelqs at around 70-80 % erections.

What about questions 1 and 4?

Hi there. I’m two weeks into jelqing and stretching. The main big veins on my penis look at bit bigger too man. I think its a good thing because they must be adjusting their size to allow more blood in.. Just a guess. Also are you jelqing too fast? Because when I did a jelq that lasted about a second or less my penis would become more flaccid. So what I’m saying is try to make the jelq about 3 seconds long with a firm enough grip ( the grip is what makes you feel comfortable without injuring yourself ). I know I’m no veteran but my penis feels soft and flexible just like yours when semi flaccid. So it could be good signs man. I know it is for me anyway.

Add me if you want to go through the journey with me because I’m not too far ahead of you. We can ask each other questions and find out how we are getting on and see what is working and what doesnt work.

Been on PE just over a month and my veins have definitely become more prominent. Loving it.

8/9/13 BPEL 7", NBPEL 6", MSEG 4.875

1. I would think so. All the work you’re doing is probably making it more pliable

2. I have the same issue. As was suggested, sometimes I stroke myself every 25-50 jelqs. Reverse kegels help me “reinflate”, oddly enough. I have a history of EQ problems, I should note.

3. It depends. If I end a session on manual stretching or hanging, I don’t feel much bigger. However, if I end with jelqing, I do feel “fatter”. What I usually try to do is, after my session is over, edge for 10 mins or so (I don’t ejaculate), then let my dick “calm down”, and do a traction wrap or wear a cock ring to stay engorged.

4. Not sure. I usually kegel separately, except when I’m doing intense jelqing.

I’m uncut and having Phimosis. 12 days of P.E and I noticed my morning wood have now decreased a bit.. I feel I may have over trained so I’m taking 3 days rest. I will start again from coming Tuesday.

I do the basic newbie routine.

5 mins hot wrap

5 mins stretching

200 jelqs with around 80% erection

5 mins hot wrap.

I have hard time trying to Kegel, so I skip it most of the time. Is there anything else I may have missed? Kindly please suggest.

My guess about the morning wood would be that you have over trained and your penis is recovering therefore sustaining a hard erection just isn’t going to happen with it. I remember when I used to work my biceps for a very long session a few times a week and when I went to tense the muscle as hard as I could, It just was IMPOSSIBLE for it to feel like a rock because it was recovering from the heavy workout. Once it recovered it was rock hard compared to the time before. I’m not a body builder. I’m 20 years old. I used to train for sports that is all.

After noticing my decreased EQ, I had decided to rest for 3 days. However after the 2nd day rest, I felt my Penis hanging more and looks bit longer and fatter when in flaccid state. In erect state, It looks the same as before, no changes at all.

Am I heading in the right direction? I resumed PE from yesterday with lower jelqing intensity.

If I were you, I would try to get your erection level to around 50% or less—80% sounds too high for a newb.

Hi Thehunter,

Try not to skip the kegels, they do wonders for erection quality, if you do them when you apply the warm wraps you can use counting them off as a timing guide for when to reheat the wrap (if you are using a wet towel wrap that is).
