I’ve been doing the manual techniques for about 2 weeks and seem to noticing a difference. Only problem I’m having is with grip. Hands keep in slipping with stretches. Any advice to help out?

Which penis pump is everyone using? I’ve never used one before so no idea what to look for..

I’m more looking to increase girth more than length

Baby powder or a toilet paper will help with your grip. I’d forget the pump for now. Jelqs are nice for girth, if you are not circumcised dry jelqs will work better.

Anything else that you would recommend for girth?
Any reason why you would leave the pump and just do dry jelqs?

Mixing up too many things is not good; plus, the newbie routine gives way faster gains than pumping; to get permanent gains from pumping you need to be consistent for months or years. Beside that, pumping can overwork you pretty easily.

One thing I have noticed recently compared to when I started is, I don’t seem to get erections as easily as I did before. This normal?

How hard of a grip is best for jelqs? I’ve only been doing dry jelqs as I read they gave best results for girth. Would you recommend doing dry then wet?

I do prefer dry jelqs, anyway alternating the two every 4-8 weeks could give a fresh stimulus. The grip should be as hard to move blood inside your penis but not more than that.

Don’t get erections easily? You will have to determine your EQ level and get to know your own recovery zones and many other fine details. You can not read too much on this forum. But kegal like crazy, in general. I am now catching up on my kegals and paying for my underdeveloped PC muscle with low quality erections and a consistent load of stretching, pumping, and extender use, but overall I’m more happy with my dick than ever.

Well for stretches you can use that rubber gloves to wash the dishes.. Mmm even a piece of that is useful.
You must have better erections when in PE.. Think about overtraining.

I used to be able to get it up over the simplest thing but its taking a lot long now. During sex too there has been a few times rather than unloading there’s been a few dry cums

I’m putting it down to over training without must rest. Just too keen haha.

Kegals are going good. Can stop midflow no problem.

I usually go with the baby powder method, it helps with grip immensely

Agreed. I typically use standard yellow rubber gloves. Though lately I have been experimenting with a 18” or so strip of theraband wrapped around the penis.

Well, if you can discard a medical problem (hormone levels, diabetes, arteriosclerosis.. Or something else) seems a mental issue to me, I have experience some “problems” like that under a very high levels of stress.. Libido is also dependant of serotonin levels in your system, I hadn’t been “overtrained” in PE.. But notice a better ejaculatory control since the beginning of training.

Also the Spring season can be helpful enough .. In México we have the expression “como burro en primavera” means that after the winter the spring sun make you go as hard as a donkey all season

Try a weekend on the beach with your girlfriend or wife (or both) ;) if you experience that problems even there.. Run to see a doctor
