Just a question about the manual streching in the newbie routine

1.) if I’m sitting down while doing this, will it affect anything?

2.) do I have to have an erection of 100%?

Also for jelqing I sit down for that which is fine right and is it okay if I use lube instead of vaseline?

1) I do a combination of sitting and standing for manual stretching. I don’t think it makes a difference either way as long as you are stretching in each direction.

2) You should never have any type of erection while stretching. Completely soft.

And I mostly jelq sitting down. Sometimes I’ll stand just depends on how I’m feeling. Again I don’t see any difference either way. I use vaseline, but it is a bi harder to clean up. You can use any lube that works for you.

I would rethink about using vaseline for an extended period of time. It is petroleum based jelly and over a long period of time I don’t really know what effect if could have on your penis. It is hard to clean up after and depending when you stretch or jelq you must have problems holding onto your glans while you stretch if you jelq first. This stuff is impossible to clean off completely. If interested I’ve been using this home made cream that is easy to clean and it’s also good for the skin of your penis. I’ll post it if your interested?

I am curious about your home made cream.

You start with 100% pure Shea Butter, which can be found in your local health store. You will also need olive oil and a mason jar or an old jam jar. I purchased a 4 ounce or 112 gram jar of Shea Butter. You want to take the Shea Butter out of it’s plastic jar and put it into the mason jar. You will then microwave the Shea Butter in that jar until it melts and becomes liquified. Be careful taking the jar out the microwave because it will be hot. I take a black majic marker to mark the height of the Shea Butter in the jar. You will then add about the same amount of olive oil on top of the Shea Butter. Don’t add too much olive oil because it might get runny, if you find after a couple of uses you can renuke it and add a little more olive oil. You can then use a utensil to stir the mixture so that it will mix together. Wait till it cools down and you can put the cap on it and refigerate it. This is stuff is easy too clean and is good for your foreskin and keeps it nice and soft. If you have any further questions you can pm me or just ask here? Vitamin E oil works for me and keeps my skin soft and you do not have to clean it because it concentrate on the skin.

About the stretching, are these big black spots dangerous? AT least i’m stretching good :D

Whatever you’re doing, ease up on the intensity. Black spots are very bad.

Ok, taking a lighter routine? Or Am I just pulling too hard?At least I’ve got better EQ.My routine 40x30s 2d on 1 off.
