Hi Guys.. I’ve Been A Member On Here For About 6 Months, Just Looking At Routines, But Never Actually Did Any Of Em! I’m Going To Start A Newbie Routine, But I Have A Few Questions. Start with the Newbie Routine and jelq at around a 50% erection level, once you’ve conditioned your penis for 3-6 months, you could start a clamping routine. Search for Drilla’s clamping routine for more detail.
