Hello I’ve just started and I’ve done a work out as follows
5 mins warm up
5min strech but I don’t rlly feel it
10mins jelq
50 kegels
5 minswarm down

Can someone tell me if that is gud

Wen I did the jelq I felt it and my tip got red and big and I got spotting from blood a tiny bit on my dick .5mm wide each is that bad?

Sounds good to me your routine. Not too much for a starting routine… just keep it for now.

Tiny red spots? Well, that is a sign that you might have jelqed too hard… Warm up a little longer and do penis massage in warm water. If they are still there, wait until they fade off before restarting your routine or else it might get worse (I don’t know for example, those red spots might be bigger).

Tips to gain quick? Respect the dose, LOLZ… Motivation, Consistency and never overtraining your penis.
