‘newbie girth routine’ - is this a oxymoron? I have been searching and reading on girth exercises and it seems that all the exercises that focus on girth are off-bounds for newbies (ulis, clamps, horse 440, etc.). I follow the standard luvdadus newbie rountine now. I’ve only been at it for about 2 weeks. I realize that the main point at this stage is to ‘condition’ your dick -get it used to the idea of PE and learn what your penis is capable of handling and how to avoid ingury etc. “penis common sense” if you will. Still, I just have to ask, is there a exercise out there suitable to newbie’s that focuses on girth? Perhaps a technique to the basic 200 jelqs I am doing now that will focus on girth? I jelq overhand now as I have read that is more likely to focus on girth than underhand.

Realize that the jelq is both a length and girth exercise. If you wish to focus more on girth then do your jelqs at 70% or more and slow the strokes down. Give yourself some time to learn your limits. after a couple of months you may wish to experiment with Ulis or Horses.

Just keep taken it easy for awhile. First things first, and you said it, just get your cock in condition. So keep jelqing like you are for another month or so. The jelq is the basic girth exercise, so it’s not like you are spinning your wheels. I have been at this a long time and still rely on a jelq variation for my girth. Believe me, as you go, you will almost teach yourself what is right for what you need.

thanks for your feedback luvdadus and gprent101, I guess I see the jelq as more of a length exercise, but then what do I know? I’m just a newbie that’s only been at this for 2 weeks! I actually tend to go slow on my jelqs as it is. As for 70% I probably shoot for something around that now, although to be honest I find that when I go slow my erection goes down with every stroke so after about 5 strokes I need to masterbate a little to get back to 70% and then begin again. Regardless, your advice is helpful. Thanks!

quick question gprent101 what is the ” jelq variation” you rely on for girth?


Please do me a favor and don’t try this for at least a couple of weeks and until you are sure your cock is now fully conditioned to a vigorous regular jelq routine. The following is a high pressure jelq technique and you should be out of the newbie ranks before you give it a go.

Ive been PEing for several months with goods gains (1.5 ” in that time), but have hit a brick wall of late.

Ill will definitely adding this exercise to my routine to try and “jump start” my growth again. Also, as Ive found length fairly easy to gain, my girth has not increased much at all, so this would be a great exercise for me.

ok, so no such thing as a newbie girth routine (other than the fact that the jelq does work girth to some extent). I can be patience.

I am wondering about this as well. I’m not a big guy 5.5LengthX5.25Girth but I am still able to have the head of my penis hit most girls cervix in certain positions and this is not a good for either party. I have also read that the main thing women respond to is girth- so I’d love to gain an inch to an inch and a half in length and an inch and a half to two and a half i girth.

Anyone else tried this? any suggestions?

Also as I am a newbie- I love this site. I just wish I had found it years ago so I would have saved a lot of money on stuff that did not provide results and also so I’d have a bigger penis now. Also Just reading everyones posts makes me feel a lot better about myself knowing I am not alone.
