Newbie girth gains

So I’ve only been doing my exercises for about 2 months and I’m kind of just wondering what kind of girth gains do most people see for the newbie routines? Also how long should I take to move on upwards to more advanced techniques? I don’t really want length as I was naturally long to begin with. I currently stand at 8.4 BPEL and 5.0-5.2 girth depending on the area measured. Id like to reach eventually a girth of about 5.6 or so has anyone been able to make similar gains? And if so how long did it take? Thanks for the help

I have gained about 1cm in girth in three months, but unfortunately nothing in length. I have basically only done the newbee routine so fare. But when I stop gaining I`m planing to ad pumping to my routine.
My impression is that most people gain length more easy than girth.. Anyway me to is more in for girth even thou my length is only 6,3” NBP

I gained .25” in girth in my first 2 months of newbie routine. Its all about expansion during the jelqs.

Yeah I might have a blind view on this because I’ve had natural length , but girth is the more important one for actual use of the member. I think I’ve made about .2. Girth gains in the two months. So am I almost ready to start advancing yet? Or should I continue with what I’m doing

Everyone on here will tell you to continue doing what your doing until gains slow down considerably or stop.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I will say that I gained no girth with newbie, just length. Gained girth with pumping, which I added after 3 or 4 months of newbie. Suggest you do what I did, research the pumping forum while you keep working on the newbie routine

I gained half a cm MSEG in 2 months on the Newbie Routine.


Started: (Oct 5. 2012): BPEL 6.6" MSEG 5.3"

Starting/Current Stats (BPEL*MSEG*BPFL) - December 2011: 6.4*5*4.2

Final Target: 9.6*7.6*7.2

I have rather long 15-20 minute warmups in temperatures that might or might not be hotter than most, I do 200-250 jelqs at about 70%, and I’ve started slowly adding some ulis in there now gradually.

I think we are quite similar when it comes to starting statistics.
Girth might, for most of us, be a bit harder to get than length.
But 0.2 inches in 2 month are a fair speed - linear progress would say 1.2 inches of girth gain projected over the first year - that’s a lot!

I would give some of my best body parts if I could realize that girth progress in the first year.
I am literally and physically working on it :-)
