Newbie Gains
Hey all I’ve been doing PE for about 3 weeks now. 2 days on and 2 days off mostly, sometimes only with 1 day off in between. I just wanted to share some feedback with all you other newbies. PE is sweet! It definitely works. The only thing I’ve been doing is a warm up, jelqing, and a warm down, but I am a living testament to gains. I am definitely noticing myself to be heavier, fuller, and longer. No joke! Can’t say how long, as I haven’t been measuring, but I will start and keep you posted, but I know for sure my eyes aren’t playing tricks. It actually feels thicker in my hands when in an erect state. Oh and as a side note, I discovered something on my last workout. When you jelq, you should make the jelq last as long as you can, from the base to the glands. My head was really pumped up, and I actually felt a workout. Later on in the day when I visually measured myself, I saw and felt an increase in erection strength and length unlike my previous jelqing sessions. Bottom line, don’t jelq too quickly, and make sure to keep a continuous motion throughout; no pauses, and try to the best of your ability to keep the same pressure throughout. All right happy PEing!
