Hey guys!!

I want to know about you that have been PEing for LESS than 6 months and have gained size.

I know that everyone of us will have different gains, but this will help all of us that are starting, to develop the best routine for better results!

I have divinatory abilities and I predict that those who gained did more or less the newbie routine. :)

When Started PEing: August of 09
Size started: EL = 5.3, BPEL = 5.875, EG 4.3, Flaccid stretch 5.875
Today’s size: EL = 6.2, BPEL = 6.75, EG 4.6, Flaccid stretch 7.80
Age: 30
How long do you warm-up: 5 Minutes with Hot Rice Sock
How long do you cool-down: ? I don’t.
Days-on and days-off: 5 days on, 2 days off.
Describe your routine: (time of each exercise performed)

10:00am = Hot rice sock.

4pm = By this time. I have put in 2 to 4 hours in a ADS “tension stretcher, x4labs, if i’m allowed to post that”. After each time I take it out of the extender for a break 3 to 5 times I jelq 50% erect for 5 minutes. Last two months I started hanging 2 to 3 times a week, 20 to 40 minutes at 5 lbs, just moved to 7lb. After my ADS session.

5pm = 20 to 30 mins, newbie routine.

6pm+ = BTC, I stretch it up the crack and sit on it every chance I get.

Newbie gains have came and are now stopped. It appears my 6.75 to my 7.5 goal is going to be a long journey. But I accepted this challenge/change as a lifestyle change. I would do this for the rest of my life just to maintain what I have received so far. The results are that positive in the bedroom.

I stealth PE.

If I had to change something it would have been to wait until I stopped seeing gains before hanging, I believe this may be the reason for the “slower” gains.

It is a long one, if your honest with yourself, and us you will realize that it takes a long time to get real measurable gains. There is a lot of BSers on this forum, don’t get sucked in to that. Reality is so much better than dreams. I’m still hovering around 7 inches after all this time, and I’m always making progress, it just takes real time to make gains. If you put a ruler beside your dick, and look at your goal…even an inch is a shit load of extra mass. Don’t get caught up in the inches in one month game. You might as well give up if that is all that will make you happy.


I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

2017: BPEL 6.8" / MSEG 5.3" / BG 6"

Starting size: 5.95” x 4.92”
Current size: 6.54” x 4.96” (measured on January 1st, 2010, I’ve grown a bit since then)
Age: 20
How long do you warm up: 10-15 minutes
How long do you warm down: 10-15 minutes
Days-on and days-off: 2 on 1 off
Describe your routine: Newbie routine, currently 10 minutes of manual stretching and 50 strokes of dry jelqs with heat in between

I am still looking for more opinions so I can formulate the best routine since I have been working out with no gains besides a harder erection.

Hello, just joined and hope to soon have some gains of my own. I’ve been at PE for about a little under 3 months but nothing as of yet. I really hope to yield newbie gains soon.

Looks like I’ve gained 0.35” in length since January 1st, 2010. Talk about newbie gains. :P I guess ADS really does help.

Routine: 4 days a week I do a warm up with a heat pad for ten minutes, 30 minutes of lubed jelqing, jai’s, stretching, and thats pretty much it.

Any one have any suggestions?

Routine: Newbie for the first month or so, then additional girth work here and there as well.

I stealth PE and so my routine is typically done in the shower.

Until recently I hadn’t done anything in 2010 except a bit of maintenance. I just started back up again though and I am currently doing 5 on 2 off. I’m thinking of picking up an ADS as well.

I still have no gains in size, but I keep following my workout routine, I will not give up without a try. I am willing to try for six months.

I know that I got about a quarter of an inch farther on the ruler then I had ever seen my self get. I had never seen my penis do more then poke slightly past 6.5 inches with the ruler pressed to my pubic bone hard. Now I see it poke past 6.75 with the ruler pressed normally. It happened in no time. It took a month or so. No girth gain yet but I ran into a little trouble from jelqing with to much pressure and I don’t think I ever jelqed perfect. That stretching worked great though. It gave me an almost instant gain in flaccid length.

I just do the newbie routine.

No gains YET! But they will come!

This is my routine:
12 minutes dry jelqing (70% erection and lower the strength of my grip)
20 minutes edging
10 minutes stretching (2 times 5 x 1 minute, F, L, R, D, U.)
50 x 5 seconds kegels

Positive PIs:
bigger flaccid

Negative PIs:
none
